1. Why does my hair become tangled?

The hair would become tangled due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up,salt water and not combing(wide tooth comb) outyour hair daily. Make sure to wash and condition your hair at least once a week, and if possible, twice a week wouldbe better. You may use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for further suggestions.

2.Why dose the hair shedding?

After the new product was produced, there will have some floating hair on it, so when your first using, the floating hairwill fall out. Hope you can understand.

3.Can I wash & blow-dry the hair?

Of course, you can wash them as your own, you can use mild shampoo and conditioner. We also recommend to usea  hair treatment on them every few weeks, because the hair is  not attached to your scalp.Using a treatment hairmask will need to wash your hair too much, about every 3 weeks. The hair can be blow-dried  on low setting, but it isnot recommended to do it too often. It is best to let your hair  dry naturally after washing them.

4. Can I dye & Perm the hair?

The wigs can not dye, it is hard to do by yourself; please do not try it. If perm the hair, please ask seller's advice first.
